Returns & Refund Policy

Our Promise

Every piece from Kritira is handcrafted with care. If your order arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was shown, we will make it right — no questions asked.

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Eligible reasons: item damaged in transit, wrong item sent, significant quality defect.
  • Not eligible: Minor variations in motif placement, color shade, or size — these are inherent to handmade art and not defects.
  • Customised or commissioned pieces are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email hello@kritira.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or issue.
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  4. We will arrange a pickup at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is initiated.
  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • COD orders are refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — please provide your bank details when initiating the return.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
