By accessing or purchasing from kritira.in, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

• All products sold on Kritira are authentic, handmade Mithila artworks created by verified artists.
• Product images are photographs of the actual item or a representative piece from the same series. Minor variations in color, size, and motif placement are inherent to handmade art and are not defects.
• Descriptions, dimensions, and material details are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Your order is billed at the price shown at the time of checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept cards, UPI, net banking, and COD.

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing hello@kritira.in.
• After 24 hours, the order may be in preparation and cancellation may not be possible.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

• All content on Kritira — including images, text, and design — is the property of Kritira or its artists.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• The traditional Mithila art patterns are part of India's cultural heritage. We support and protect the rights of the artists who create them.

Kritira is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.
