We ship pan-India. Estimated delivery times from the date of order confirmation:

Sarees & Dupattas7–10 business days (hand-painted to order)

Shipping Charges
Orders above ₹2,000Free shipping
Orders below ₹2,000₹99 flat fee
COD ordersAdditional ₹50 handling charge
Packaging
- Paintings: Rolled in acid-free tissue, wrapped in bubble wrap, shipped in rigid cardboard tubes or flat boxes to prevent any bending or damage.
- Sarees & Dupattas: Wrapped in muslin cloth and placed in a secure, moisture-resistant box.
- All orders are insured during transit.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order under My Orders on our website.
Delays & Lost Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or public holidays. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at hello@kritira.in and we will resolve it promptly.
